Service scope, pricing, and timelines may also be described in a proposal, agreement, invoice, or checkout flow. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement or accepted proposal controls.
Pricing and payment
- All payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Recurring services may be billed automatically.
- Failure to pay may result in paused work, suspended service, or delayed launch.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely and accurate business information, content, logos, photos, approvals, and access credentials when required.
Revisions and updates
Unless otherwise stated in writing, monthly service includes only limited minor updates within the existing site structure. Larger revisions, redesigns, new pages, new integrations, or substantial content work may require additional fees.
Ownership and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client retains ownership of its business name, trademarks, logos, and client-provided content. Cassidy Shaver retains ownership of pre-existing templates, reusable systems, proprietary workflows, backend architecture, shared infrastructure, and consulting methods.
Third-party providers
Services may rely on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors, form tools, storage providers, DNS or email services, or embedded tools. Cassidy Shaver is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, service interruptions, or actions of those third-party providers.
No guarantee of results
Cassidy Shaver does not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic levels, search rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue results.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
