Cancellation Policy

All founding-client website plans and managed website plans are sold with a minimum initial term, as stated in the applicable agreement or checkout terms.

Minimum term plans

• The agreement is non-cancelable during the initial term.
• Payments made during the term are non-refundable.
• Once a billing period has started, it cannot be canceled, prorated, or refunded.

If a service includes a 12-month minimum commitment, the client remains responsible for the full committed term.

Cassidy Shaver may suspend work or service for nonpayment, lack of cooperation, abusive conduct, or violation of the agreement. Suspension or termination for those reasons does not create a refund obligation.
