Cassidy Shaver provides consulting and managed digital services, including website reviews, website building, managed website plans, and related setup and support services.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

What this includes

• Initial setup fees
• First-month payments
• Recurring monthly service fees
• Handoff fees
• Add-on or custom service fees

Why refunds are not offered

Services, planning, scheduling, technical setup, and reserved project capacity begin immediately or are made available upon purchase. Because of that, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

If a client chooses not to use the purchased services, delays the project, fails to provide required materials, or decides not to move forward after payment, refunds will not be issued.

If a billing error is made by Cassidy Shaver, the issue will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
